Our LGU partners had contributed much in attaining our targets by promoting our programs, helping us advocate to their constituents and more so by offering local scholarships that ignite interests to their youth. The advocacy they exerted for us aware the people of Lanao del Norte and the investments they poured on us contributed to the expansion of our services to the public.
9. The hindering factors and how were these addressed?
Lack of means of communication blocked our penetration to our clients in the past years. We don’t have internet access due to the absence of landlines and cellular phone signals are very poor. It was just last year that we gained a little connection to the cyberworld. Up to now, our connections is not that dependable but at least we have a utilized a single unit devoted to access the internet through an external stick. Our face to face consultations to our local leaders was effective and it was that sole way that we overcome our communication problems.
10. What were lessons learned?
In tandem, we work as a team at providing our programs and work as allies in strengthening our services.
11. How will the best practice be sustained?
Good working relationship with the local government counterparts is already established and we look forward that it will take us a sure way.
