– Free consumable materials
– With living allowance (transportation or board & lodging)
– Free miscellaneous fees
– Free assessment fee
– With starter tool kit
WHO CANNOT AVAIL OF FREE TVET?
– learners with bachelor’s degree
– learners who are holders of a TVET national certificate level III or diploma
– learners enrolled in TVET programs not registered under TESDA
