I wanted to earn my own money after finishing high school but getting hired was difficult if you have no NCII certificate to show to your prospective employers. Fortunately for me, I was accepted as a UAQTE Scholar in Food Services Operation. This course was composed of three qualifications namely BPP NCII, Cookery NCII, and FBS NCII. I was timid during the first day of class last January 2019 but I gradually gained confidence as I progressed through the course. The knowledge, skills and attitude imparted by my instructors helped me in building up my self-esteem. After passing the last required national assessment, I felt confident in finding a job. So when TESDA-LNNAIS announced that Jollibee would be in Banana town, I bravely submitted my application as part of the service crew. I was ecstatic when I received a call to undergo their service crew training at Iligan City. Presently, I worked as part of the Service Crew in Jollibee Tubod Branch.
