- NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy) or NSO/ PSA Marriage Certificate (Photocopy)
- Vaccination Card (Photocopy)
- Learner’s Profile (Form from School)
- National Certificate Level II or higher – photocopy
- Study or Training Permit (if employed)
- Passport Size picture, white background (2pcs)
- MUST!
- Diploma graduate or College Graduate
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Internet Connection
50% Down payment upon enrollment
