TESDA-LNNAIS conducted an Employment Coaching and Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS) Seminar last April 4, 2023 at Nelieta Hall, LNNAIS Extension Campus. Ms. Najirah M. Lawi, TUPAD Coordinator and Ms. Sittie Ayna M. Andig, Labor and Employment Officer III – Department of Labor and Employment shared essential information to the Three-Year Diploma graduating students and Driving NC II trainees. The activity was created in preparation to the exit of the students, and to orient them with the industry standards, requirements for possible employment, their rights as future worker, the responsibilities of the employer, the process of employment and labor and employment matters.
