Implementation of HKP NC II Training Induction Program, Skills Training, JIP, Institutional Assessment and National Competency Assessment for TWSP Scholars.

TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School implemented the 55-days training on Housekeeping NC II under Training for Work Scholarship Program from July 29, 2024 – October 15, 2024. The beneficiaries of this program are 20 trainees (4 Males, 16 Females) within the province of Lanao del Norte. LNNAIS conducted a face to face Training Induction Program to these trainees at LNNAIS Extension Campus, Poblacion, Tubod Lanao del Norte last July 29, 2024. The mission, goals and objectives of the school were emphasized during the TIP.

Ms. Fatima Rose M. Bihag, the technical expert of Housekeeping NC II, facilitated the conduct of training for four (4) Units of Competencies in Basic Competency, five (5) Units of Competencies in Common Competency, and six (6) Units of Competencies in Core Competency to 20 trainees enrolled in Housekeeping NC II. She administered a pre-test/post-test and facilitated a series of interactive activities and quizzes integrating the 21st century skills. The scholars demonstrated their competencies in the Basic to Core competencies like participate in workplace communication, work in a team environment, Practice career professionalism, Practice occupational health and safety practices, develop and update industry knowledge, Observe hygiene procedures, Perform computer operations, Perform Workplace Safety Practices, Provide effective customer service, Provide Housekeeping Service to Guests, Clean and Prepare Rooms for Incoming Guests, Provide Valet/Butler Service, Laundry Linen and Guest Clothes, Clean Public Areas, Facilities and Equipment and Deal with/handle Intoxicated Guests.

Ms. Chary B. Lumayag, AAVI/Job Placement Coordinator, conducted a Job Induction Program to the 20 Housekeeping NC II TWSP trainees last September 6, 2024 at LNNAIS Extension Campus.

Ms. Ar Shynne G. Masayon, facilitated the Institutional Assessment to the 20 trainees in Housekeeping NC II on October 14-15, 2024 at LNNAIS Extension Campus. All trainees (4 Males and 16 Females) passed the Institutional Assessment and were endorsed to take national assessment.

Mr. Rey Eboras a competency assessor in Housekeeping NC II, conducted the National Assessment on October 30-31, 2024 for the 20 candidates at LNNAIS Extension Campus , Poblacion , Tubod Lanao Del Norte. 20 candidates (4 Males and 16 Females) received “Competent” remarks.

This batch of Housekeeping NCII TWSP has a training completion rate of 100%, and a passing rate of 100%.

The 20 trainees undergo the mandatory Institutional Assessment on October 14-15, 2024

The candidates receive their Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS) during their National Competency Assessment with “Competent” result.
