The Communities for Learning and Employment Project (CLEP) in partnership with TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School, and
Community and Family Services International (CFSI) held a joint graduation ceremony for Skills Completers of Camp Bilal on February 11, 2025 at Camp
Bilal, Sitio Kura-kura, Brgy. Tamparan, Munai, Lanao del Norte. The threehundred fifteen (315) candidates for graduation are composed of the 165
completers of registered training programs of LNNAIS, and 150 completers of CFSI. Below is a table on the breakdown of Institution-Based
Training/Community-Based Training implemented by the school from October to December 2024.

Aside from #TeamLNNAIS, CFSI Team, and the candidates for graduation, representatives from Camp Bilal, DTI, DOLE, and BARMM Ministry of Basic
Higher Technical Education – TESD were also present in the event. Mr. Arsani Didaagun, Front Deputy, gave the welcome address. The candidate fro
graduation also heard inspiring messages from directors of various offices, namely, Ms. Noraida Abdullah Karim (Director for Mindanao Program – CFSI), Ms. Bae Ruby Andong (BARMM Director General, Ministry of Basic Higher Technical Education – TESD), Abdulmaomit Tomawis, Chairman JTCFT Camp Bilal), and Ms. Faisalia M. Bato (Supervising TESD of TESDA-PO-Lanao del Norte).
Mr. Maynard C. Jumawan, LNNAIS VSAII, presented 165 candidates for graduation. On behalf of TESDA Provincial Director Norayah A. Acas, JD, Ms.
Faisalia M. Bato (Supervising TESD Specialist of TESDA-PO-Lanao del Norte) gave the confirmation of graduates. Succeeding to this was the distribution of training certificates to the skills completers. Ms. Sitte Surora Nasser, a graduate of LNNAIS, expressed her appreciation to the sponsors and implementers of the skills training programs. Mr. Ayobkhan Usman, the Vice Chairman of JTFCT Camp Bilal gave the closing remarks.
