TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School conducted a Cascading/Workshop on TVET Micro-Credentials to the school’s trainers on
February 28, 2025 at Nelieta Hall, LNNAIS Extension Campus, Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. The cascading activity aimed to share information on TESDA Circular No. 077 s. 2024 Omnibus Guidelines on TVET Micro-Credentialling for the Skilling, Upskilling, and Reskilling of the Workforce. Also, the workshop aimed to identify, develop and register relevant programs for Micro-Credentials.
Mr. Maynard C. Jumawan, LNNAIS VSA II, gave a statement of purpose for the activity. Ms. Queeny Twinkle N. Enyong, Designate VIS, gave a run- through of TESDA Circular No. 077 s. 2024, assigned teams to work on the development of Competency-Based Curriculum, Training Plan, and Institutional Assessment Tools, and reviewed the outputs of the trainer-developers. The 19 Trainer participants collaborated with their teams to submit program titles, CBC, ICATs, and approved Training Plans signed by the VSA. Ms. Fatima Rose M. Bihag, LNNAIS UTPRAS Focal, prepared required documents for each proposed program for registration.
