The first batch of Trainer’s Methodology Level 1 (TM1) of LNNAIS had their Training Induction Program(TIP) yesterday, November 4, 2020. The TIP was participated by the twenty five trainees under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) that was held at Nelieta Hall, Technology Building 1, Extension Campus, Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
DG Sec. Isidro S. Lapeňa and RD Tarhata S. Mapandi gave their message to the trainees via AVP while PD Noralaine Rasul, PhD.,LPT gave her message live. The TIP was led by Vicente E. Cruz, VSA II, with Cherry Marie C. Paclipan, VIS, Engr. Clifford Ryan D. Galenzoga, Janice C. Vaflor, Jasmine C. Galenzoga, Chary B. Lumayag , Queeny Twinkle N. Enyong, Vaniza B. Cambonga, Elvie Mae T. Buac and was hosted by Abigail L. Bustamante.
The following topics were discussed: Training Induction Proper, House Rules, Overview of PTTQF, Training Arrangements, and Familiarization/ Revisiting of the TR and the CBC. The scholars tackled several tasks: Pre-Assessment, Assigning of Competency/ Module and the Election of Class Officers.
