| The Mass Graduation program for the Eight(8) Barangays of Quezon was held at the Evacuation Center, Poblacion, Quezon, Bukidnon last September 2, 2022. The said activity was for the completers of the Community-Based Training of the Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) beneficiaries as part of the Pre-Implementation Stage Activities of Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School in the province of Bukidnon. The program was opened by a message from Ms. Imelda Pilar Rosario A. Perpetua, CTEC Quezon. She was grateful for the opportunity given to the selected trainees in the priority Barangays of Quezon because the knowledge that the trainees gained during the training gave them new livelihood opportunities. It can be remembered that the Community-based Training conducted on August 15-19, 2022 Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts and Sweet and Savory Pastries. The following are the Priority Barangays in Quezon, Bukidnon who trained for the ‘Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts’ with the number of graduates: Brgy. Dumalama, Quezon – 30 graduates Brgy. Butong, Quezon – 25 graduates Brgy. Mahayag, Quezon – 29 graduates Brgy. Salawagan, Quezon – 26 graduates Brgy. Lumintao, Quezon – 26 graduates Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Quezon – 30 graduates Brgy. Magsaysay, Quezon – 28 graduates This is the only Barangay in Quezon, Bukidnon trained for the ‘Sweet and Savory Pastries’: Brgy. Merangeran, Quezon – 25 graduates A graduate in the presence of Ms.Vilma Baguio from Merangeran, Quezon under Ms. Ethel Dyan Quiminguing, gave the class impression on behalf of the whole class. She stated that she was thankful for the training and the trainer for her patience. Councilor Jerly Areja highlighted during his inspirational message that the municipality of Quezon is truly grateful for the training that TESDA LNNAIS conducted. Executive Officer of 88th IB, Major Eric Gale then mentioned in his message that the painful past between the returnees and the government should be left behind because the future is more important to be considered. While in Mr. Raymundo D. Pacana’s promised more scholarships for the trainees in the municipality of Quezon. |
