Galenzoga (LNNAIS Acting VIS) with a few TESDAns from RTC-Iligan attended the Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony in honor of BGEN IRINEO F SEBASTIAN PA facilitated by the 55th Engineer Brigade Philippine Army. The presiding officer of event was BGEN STEVE D CRISPILLO PA, Vice-Commander of the Philippine Army. The attendance of TESDA personnel also showed support to COL ULPIANO T OLARTE, the Incoming Commander of 55 Engineer Brigade.
