Conduct of Community-Based Training on Hot Meals for LANECO personnel May 8-14, 2024

LNNAIS conducted a community-based training on Hot Meals at Lanao del Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc., (LANECO), Tubod, LDN from May 8-14, 2024. The participants of this program were 25 trainees Batch 1, and 24 trainees Batch 2 (59 females). Ms. Jackie Lou R. Bartolo, MBA, the LANECO Internal Audit Manager, gave the statement of purpose for the training program. Ms. Chary B. Lumayag, AA IV, conducted the orientation of the training and introduced the TESDA Online programs, especially the competencies under Cookery NC II. Mr. Winkler D. Chavez, CBT Trainer, presented the 4 steps to food safety, the required tools and equipment, and the skills demonstration, facilitated the training proper. The trainees performed tasks required in the competences and presented Two (2) dishes as outputs: the Chicken Cordon Bleu and Beef Rendang. Certificates of Accomplishment were given to the 59 completers of the CBT program.
