Conduct of CBTM to LNNAIS Trainers

TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School implemented the face-to-face 5-day training on Community-Based Trainers Methodology Course to 10 trainer participants (2 Males, 8 Females) last January 20 to 24, 2025 at LNNAIS Main Campus, Bryg Bualan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. This program aimed to increase the school’s pool of CBT trainers and expand its CBT program offerings.


Ms. Queeny Twinkle N. Enyong, LNNAIS VIS Designate, presented the overview of CBTMC, introduced the CBTMC Google Classroom, and administered the pre-Test.


Ms. Queeny Twinkle N. Enyong, Ms. Abigail B. Guisona, and Mr. Arnolge G. Maghanoy facilitated the conduct of training for four (4) Units of Competencies, namely, Develop the Training Program, Organize the Training Program, Deliver the Training Program, Review the Training Program. The 10 trainer-participants (2 Males, 8 Females) participated in the Kahoot! Module quizzes, submitted outputs, and demonstrated microteaching task required to complete the training.

Ms. Fatima Rose M. Bihag, and Mr. Emilio A. Unabia Jr., facilitated the Institutional Assessment to the 10 trainer-participants (2 Males, 8 Females) in CBTMC last January 24, 2025. All trainer-participants (2 Males, 8 Females) passed the Institutional Assessment. This batch of CBTMC has a training completion rate of 100%.

The CBT trainer-participants engage in group discussions during the module presentations.

The CBT trainer-participants perform micro-teaching tasks.

The CBT trainer-participants perform team-teaching tasks and tackle the interview during the CBTMC institutional assessment.
