Implementation of Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts (Leading to Organic Agriculture Production NC II) Training/ National Competency Assessment

TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School conducted a 8-day training on Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts from December 27, 2025 to January 10, 2024. The Barangay Development Program (BDP) beneficiaries of Brgy. Malimbato, Tagoloan, Lanao del Norte are 25 residents (12 males and 13 females). Ms. Jeneveb Beroy-Respondo, the school’s Registrar Designate, conducted a face-to-face Training Induction Program for the trainees at on December 27, 2024. She gave emphasis on the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school to the trainees.

Ms. Jeneveb B. Respondo, the technical expert for Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts, facilitated the face-to-face training. He assigned tasks to the 25 trainees (12 males and 13 females), focusing on the production of various concoction. The trainees performed demonstration tasks on Fermented Fruit Juice, Fermented Plant Juice, Oriental Herbal Nutrients and Fish Amino Acids.


Mr. Arnolge G. Maghanoy. administered the institutional assessment to the 25 trainees (4 Males, 16 Females). All 25 trainees passed the institutional
assessment written test, performance test and interview.

Engr. Clifford Ryan D. Galenzoga and Ms. Mary Grace Magsayo, competency assessor for Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts, administered the national competency assessment for only 20 candidates (9 Males, 11 Females) at Barangay Malimbato, Tagoloan, Lanao del Norte on January 24, 2025. Nineteen (19) of the candidates received a “competent” remark. This batch of POCE has a training completion rate of 100 %, and a passing rate of 98%.
