Implementation of Regular Training in EIM NC III Batch 2

TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School conducted a regular training in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC III from December 12, 2024 to January 2, 2025 at LNNAIS Extension Campus, Poblacion, Tubod, Lanao del Norte. Twenty participants (20 Males) from various areas in Region 10 enrolled the
160-hour training course. In the Training Induction Program, Ms. Chary B. Lumayag,
School Guidance Advocate, put emphasis on the school’s mission, vision, and
goals.

Jonard A. Mamalias, RME, the technical expert in EIM NC III, facilitated the training sessions and the institutional assessment. The trainees performed demonstration tasks required in achieving the basic, common and core units of
competencies of the course. Out of 20 trainees, only 11 trainees completed the course; the 9 trainees (industry practitioners) dropped out due to the heavy workload.

Mr. Boon C. Baga, competency assessor of EIM NC III, conducted national competency assessment to 11 candidates (all males) on February 1 and 2, 2025. All 11 candidates receive “Competent” remarks. This EIM NC III Batch 2 had a passing rate of 100 %.

Ms. Chary B. Lumayag, the Designate School Guidance Advocate, emphasizes the mission, vision and goals of the school during the Training Induction Program.
