1. Three-Year Diploma in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering Technology (DABET)
The Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering Technology program prepares the students for the acquisition of competencies and skills needed as a technologist in the field of agriculture and biosystems engineering. It focuses on the application of engineering science and designs to the processes and systems involved in the sustainable production, post production, processing of safe food, feed, fiber, timber and other agricultural and biological materials; the efficient utilization, conservation, and management of natural and renewable resources; and development of climate change mitigation measures, in order to enhance human health in harmony with the environment.
The Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering Technology consists of crops, poultry, livestock, farm structure, irrigation and drainage systems, wastes, natural resources, and climate.
2. Three-Year Diploma in Animal Science (DAS)
The Diploma in Animal Science Technology is a 3-year degree program that focuses entirely on animal technology and some parts of crop production. The program aims to help students gain a fundamental understanding of agricultural practices and the types of equipment and the types of equipment and tools used to rear animals breed animals and maintain outdoor environments. The diploma in animal science technology program teaches students the practical and theoretical knowledge in animal production, crop production, post-harvest technology, pest management and agri-business management.
3. Three-Year Diploma in Crop Science (DCS)
The Diploma in Crop Science Technology is a 3-year program that offers quality instruction and courses to students in the field of crop science technology. The program provides ready man-power, source expertise and pool required for sustainable crop production to develop agricultural researchers and extension workers equipped with advances in knowledge and skill to produce graduates who can compete globally with graduates from other colleges and universities in employment arena.
