Danilo D. Bihag, an expert trainer in Carpentry NC II capacitated the LNNAIS selected personnel during the one-week capability training. He supervised in the preparation of materials, making of concrete column forms, and building a mock-up house. The first day of capability training was started by an opening remarks of Engr. Clifford Ryan D. Galenzoga and followed by an introduction to the qualification and tools/materials/equipment familiarization by Danilo D. Bihag. The hands-on activities were started during the second day by making of column forms, followed by making of trusses and installation of vertical stud of the house and brace on the third day, fourth day-installation of floor joist, and on the fifth day-installation of the trusses, making of stair and installation of corrugated G.I roofing. Other miscellaneous activities including making of window and door jamb were additionally performed after the week of training.
