Implementation of Agricultural Crops Production NC II Training Induction Program, YP4SC Assessment, S2S Academy, Skills Training, Institutional Assessment and National Competency Assessment for TWSP Training
TESDA – Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial School implemented the 42-day training on Agricultural Crops Production NC II TWSP Training from April 26, 2025, to June 27, 2025. The participants of this program are 25 beneficiaries (9 Males, 16 Females) from Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s). LNNAIS conducted a face-to-face Training Induction Program to these trainees at LNNAIS Main Campus, Bualan, Tubod Lanao del Norte last April 26, 2025. Ms. Jeneveb B. Respondo, Instructor I/Designate Registrar, gave emphasis on the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school to the trainees.
Ms. Wendie Love M. Alagasi, the trainer of Agricultural Crops Production NC II, facilitated the conduct of training for four (4) Units of Competencies in Basic Competency, five (5) Units of Competencies in Common Competency, and five (4) Units of Competencies in Core Competency to 25 trainees enrolled in Agricultural Crops Production NC II. She administered a pre-test/post-test and facilitated a series of interactive activities and quizzes integrating the 21st century skills. The scholars demonstrated their competencies in the Basic-Core competencies like participate in workplace communication, work in a team, career professionalism, occupational health and safety practices, apply safety measure in farm operations, use farm tools and equipment, perform estimation and calculations, process farm wastes, perform record keeping, perform nursery operation, plant crops, care and maintain crops and carry-out harvest and postharvest operation. The 24 participants, composed of 8 Males and 16 Females, learned on how to care and maintain the crops until harvest. One trainee was unable to continue the training due to employment.
Ms. Chary B. Lumayag, AAVI/Job Placement Coordinator, conducted a YP4SC Assessment to the 24 ACP NC II TWSP trainees last May 7, 2025 at LNNAIS Main Campus.
Ms. Wendie Love M. Alagasi, Technical Expert, facilitated and assisted the trainees on the S2S Academy and the 3 certificates required on the TESDA Online Program; Participate in Workplace Communication, Performing Solid Waste Management in the Workplace and Working in a Gender-Diverse Environment
Mr. Emilo A. Unabia Jr. and Mr. Arnolge G. Maghanoy, technical expert and assessor in Agricultural Crops Production NC II, facilitated the Institutional Assessment to the 24 trainees in ACP NC II on June 20, 2025 at LNNAIS Main Campus. All trainees (8 Males and 16 Females) passed the Institutional Assessment and were endorsed to take the national assessment.
Mr. Vicente E. Cruz, a competency assessor in Agricultural Crops Production NC II, conducted the National Assessment on July 5-7, 2025 to the 24 candidates at LNNAIS Main Campus, Bualan, Tubod Lanao Del Norte. 24 candidates (8 Males and 16 Females) received “Competent” remarks on the assessment
This batch of ACP NC II TWSP has a training completion rate of 100%, and a passing rate of 100%.
The participants attend the training induction program conducted by Ms. Jeneveb B. Respondo and Ms. Chary B. Lumayag at LNNAIS main campus.
The trainees participate in taking the YP4SC and S2S academy.
The trainees perform land clearing in preparation for planting crops at the LNNAIS satellite campus training venue.
The trainees perform the various tasks (transplanting the eggplant seedling to the field, perform soil sample for the area and conduct weeding) in Agricultural Crops Production NC II.
The trainees demonstrate required tasks (land preparation, planting crops, making a lukong and grafting) in Agricultural Crops Production NC II.
