LNNAIS Student Body Organization (SBO)Elections A.Y 2026–2027

The LNNAIS SBO Elections 2026–2027 officially commenced with the Filing of Candidacy on June 1, 2026, where three (3) party-lists and five (5) independent candidates successfully filed their certificates of candidacy.

On June 3, 2026, all candidates attended the Orientation and Leadership Training, which provided them with an understanding of the election guidelines, ethical campaigning, and the responsibilities of student leaders.

The official Campaign Period was conducted from June 8–14, 2026, allowing candidates to introduce themselves, present their platforms, and engage with the student body. The Meeting de Avance was successfully held on June 11, 2026, giving all candidates an equal opportunity to present their visions, plans, and commitments before the student community.

The Election Proper took place on June 15, 2026, with 127 out of 156 registered student voters casting their votes, reflecting an overall voter turnout of 81.41%. The election proceeded peacefully and orderly without major incidents.

The Proclamation of Winners was conducted on June 17, 2026, formally recognizing the newly elected SBO officers.

The election activities concluded with the Oath Taking Ceremony on June 18, 2026, held during the LNNAIS Foundation Day celebration. The oath was administered by the TESDA X Regional Director, Rafael Y. Abrogar III. This was followed by the ceremonial Turnover of the Key of Responsibility, symbolizing the formal transfer of leadership from the outgoing SBO President, Junrey Rey Sumaylo, to the newly elected President, Julia Kyte Teehera, marking the beginning of the new administration.

Some registered students were unable to participate in the election, resulting in 29 non-voters

Intensify voter education and awareness campaigns before the election period to encourage higher voter participation.
