The 2026 LNNAIS Agri-Week showcased a vibrant and diverse lineup of activities, highlighting both technical expertise and creative expression. The competitive events were organized into three major categories:
- Agriculture and Technical Skills – These included dish gardening, kokedama making, weed and tool identification, seed and forage recognition, feed identification, live weight estimation, chicken dressing, fertilizer computation, as well as academic challenges such as the spelling bee, quiz bee
(Agri edition), and the “Amazing Race.”
- Rodeo Skills – Participants demonstrated traditional livestock handling techniques through whip cracking, lassoing, and casting down ruminants.
- Art and Cultural Competitions – Creative talents were celebrated through chanting, the doble-kara singing contest, balak (Cebuano poetry), and poster-making.
These events reflected the holistic spirit of Agri-Week — blending agricultural proficiency, physical skill, and artistic creativity in one dynamic celebration

- Participants effectively demonstrated their technical competencies in crop and livestock competitive events, showcasing practical skills aligned with agricultural standards.
- Diploma program students consistently applied 21st-century skills—such as critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving—throughout the various tasks, reinforcing the integration of modern competencies in agricultural education.
- Many new diploma program students had limited prior exposure to agricultural games, which posed challenges in their participation and performance during the competitive events.
- The rainy weather created disruptions in the activity schedule, raising concerns about continuity and the smooth execution of planned events.
